At BlueSky Risk Management, we are dedicated to doing business with Biblical integrity,

our core values. Our goal is to offer a new view on risk management, one that brings clarity,
opportunity, and a fresh approach to serving our clients.
With a vision as expansive and comforting as the blue sky itself, we focus on providing
personalized insurance solutions that protect the lives, businesses, and legacies of those we
serve. In addition to protecting our client’s assets, our priority is to restore clarity during
challenging times by helping navigate to stability during and after a claim. We are here to offer
peace of mind and lasting security, both now and for future generations, while responsibly
managing the risk management plan.

Originally from Ohio, Josh White relocated to Florida in 2004 and has since built a successful career in the insurance industry. He is the Founding and Managing Partner of BlueSky Risk Management, LLC in Naples, Florida, where he serves as a licensed insurance agent dedicated to providing tailored solutions for his clients.
Prior to launching BlueSky, he founded and managed Sentry / TailoredRisk Insurance Advisors, LLC, where he successfully grew and operated the agency over a three-year period. His career also includes leadership roles with Alliant / BridgePoint Risk Management, where he served as a top-producing Client Advisor and Florida Office Manager, as well as advisory roles with other insurance agencies which culminates to 14 years in the industry.
With a strong track record of client advocacy, business development, and agency leadership, Josh White is recognized for his ability to combine industry expertise with a client-first approach.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and History from Taylor University (2014).
Outside of his professional work, he is most proud of being a devoted father to his two boys and enjoys life in sunny Florida.

Kyle Gorgas
Managing Partner
Kyle Gorgas is a Partner at BlueSky Risk Management, where he helps clients design customized insurance programs and risk strategies to safeguard their business and personal assets. His career started in Connecticut with a local insurance agency where he became licensed and focused on businesses in the northeast. After two successful years he transitioned to an international insurance carrier where his focus was reinsurance, marine, and aviation.
His passion to help people directly with their insurance needs motivated him to transition back to the agency side which also resulted in a move down to Naples, FL. The move back to an agency broadened his expertise to encompass personal insurance alongside his commercial background. After working for several move years in the Naples community as a licensed insurance agent and helping clients across the United States he is excited to launch BlueSky Risk Management as a founding partner.
Kyle holds a master's in business administration and several insurance designations which helps his technical knowledge of insurance contracts and how to best protect clients. He is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping clients protect what matters most. Outside of work Kyle is married to his amazing wife and enjoys outside activities including kayaking, biking, and pickleball.
